I understand that there are certain physical inherent risks in skiing and ski racing, and I release  Alpine Ski Area, their respective staffs, and any person officially connected with The Cuthy Cup from any liability arising out of any injury a member may sustain while participating in any of the activities during this Cuthy Cup race. I understand that injuries of all types are common and ordinary occurrence of the activities.
